The James Brown Special (HAY!)
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Place all ingredients in a powerful blender or food processor. Blend till consistency is smooth. Serve, or freeze for later. Serves roughly three.
